DreadmystBuildSimulator.com is a free, player-run, non-commercial community tool created by fans of the indie MMORPG Dreadmyst. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or developed by the official Dreadmyst game developers, publishers, or any related entities.

The Service provides an interactive build planner/simulator to help users experiment with character attributes, skill trees, and hybrid configurations for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions where higher age is required) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Calculations, build suggestions, and data previews are based on publicly available information, community input, and approximations — they may contain errors, become outdated due to game patches, or not reflect official game mechanics.

We are not responsible for any in-game consequences (lost progress, poor performance, etc.) resulting from use of this tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or in-game assets, arising from or related to your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site, its design, code, text, graphics, and any original content are owned by the community maintainers or licensed to us.

Dreadmyst® and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership over game assets, names, or intellectual property of Dreadmyst.

You may not use any Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

The Site may link to or reference external resources (wiki, Reddit, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
